    The dashboard is very good looking. The best one I've seen. You can replace the existing graph with a one that fits the current theme

  3. Whitelist Multiple IPs per API key

    Allow multiple IPs per API key and client interface to manage/modify. Currently, New API key is required for new IP or allow every IP to use.

    Somewhere in between the two extremes is probably more user-friendly.

  5. Automatically offer returning customers substantial discounts.

    I've been a customer for years, and each time I need a new server, I have to go through this process where I point out I'm a long time customer and that I previously received a discount. Just do it automatically.

    If Limestone wasn't so good, there's no way I'd be jumping through that hoop. Some people might like haggling; I find it insulting that I get charged more by default if I don't ask for a discount.

  10. not make me verify a credit to make monthly payments

    Is this supposed to protect against people adding stolen credit cards to their account and then setting them up for monthly payments? Is that not more likely with a one time payment?

  11. Support external Identity Providers

    I'd love to see OnePortal support IdP, moreso external providers. It'd be much easier to sign in (with one click), and a whole lot faster than using OnePortal's default login. It would also reduce password reuse.

  12. Fix the text input on tickets on iOS

    From an iPhone 7 on iOS 11, pressing return for a new line adds a new line but your cursor and the text on the current line stay at the top while a blank new line is inserted below it. And you can’t click down a line, you have to type a letter, enter a new line, click above, type your text, and then move down to the letter at the next line and change it to what you want.

  14. Automaticaly verification phone number

    I have received a manualy call from an employee to verify my phone number. I think it's should be automaticaly by an auto system.
    Easy, just make a ramdom number speak by a machine can auto call to customer's phone number. Give them this random number and ask them to verify in your website.
    It's will reduce manualy work for your customer services department and spend time to serve more custormer and make them happier!

  17. Custom Prices on One Portal Lite

    It will be okay for my customer to see their server prices too on one portal lite. I mean the server price they bought from me and not the reseller price. Because now they are not able to see any server price on one portal lite.

  19. Adding "IP info" on "network attack Pushover notifications"

    When there is an attack on an IP, we get "Network Attack Started" and "Network Attack Ended" notifications. Yet, the notifications don't tell "the IP that gets the attack" which is the most important info on such cases.

  20. Get a notification "before few hours" when a service will be paused due to unpaid invoice

    LSN already sends notifications for unpaid invoices. And, the latest one sent is "before 3 days where the service will be paused".

    I suggest getting another notification before 3 o 6 hours to the pause of the service with a subject that starts with "Urgent".

    I think that it is a common user behavior to think "I still have time" when we still have 3 days (and forget it later) :).
